Lankaran Regional Library Information Center (RLIC) started in June, 2007Since that time Lankaran RLIC realized 7 online projects and more offline projects, including seminars, trainings, workshops and meetings. Online projects are realizing in an online forum link provided by IREX. FLEX-15-ci ildönümü / FLEX 15th Year Forum guests: FLEX 2007-2008 Winners & FLEX Alumnis Purpose of activity: Involve students in a discussion, help students get more facts and learn more about the life, culture and education in the USA, develop the students’ writing skills, get students experience working on a computer and the internet, help reach the educational goals of the project and get more information about the FLEX Program. FLEX alumnis of different years and FLEX winners of 2007-2008 years were invited to RLIC center to give a chance to secondary school students to communicate with FLEX alumnis, discuss the topics that they need to know, celebrate the 15 years of the FLEX program and congratulate the new winners.
Beynəlxalq Gənclər Günü / International Youth Day Forum guests: Gurban Karimbayli, Program Coordinator, Eurasia Foundation/ Azerbaijan & Samir Tagiyev, Program Manager, Eurasia Foundation/Azerbaijan Purpose of activity: As an opportunity to recognize the potential of youth, to celebrate their achievements, and plan for ways to better engage young people to take action and make a difference in their generation. Bringing above mentioned subjects into the light through campaigns and discussions can help today’s young people make wise choices for their own life regarding the issues of education, health, juvenile delinquency, drug abuse, poverty and HIV/AIDS; and help them to effectively participate in decision-making at all levels of the society. Involve and inspire them successfully reach for a better future for all.
"Lənkəranın tarixi abidələri" / Historical Monument of Lankaran
Forum guests: Azimov İlqar, head advisor, Lankaran Tourism Information Department & Vusal Nasirli, guard, Historical and Cultural Department of Lankaran cityPurpose of activity: The purpose of activity is: to pass our historical heritage to young generation, to investigate interesting facts about historical monuments. During this project the participants will make researches in Internet and exchange the information they have found. To give them an opportunity for independent work in making of material (article and photos) about monuments, in order to develop their understanding that they are full members of society and they must preserve our historical monuments.

The purpose of this project: As an educational endeavor to give students the chance to learn about their own culture as well as other cultures. Helping others understand one's own culture, giving others the chance to have a realistic view about one's own culture. Help Peace Corps Volunteers to get more info about Azerbaijan, it’s customs and tradition, in order to make life easy for them.
In this project participants study other country’s culture, traditions, and ways of life. Participants make comparisons of their culture and other cultures to find similarities and differences. Participants can write about their daily lives, how to celebrate weddings, and / or what they do on special occasions and get to know the daily lives and specially occasions of other country about Peace Corps Organization.

"Muasir dunyada Insan huquqlari problemi ve Azerbaycan" / "Human Right Problem in Modern World and Azerbaijan”

Gələcəkdə hər hansı bir çətinliklə qarşılaşmamağınız, bu sahədə daha düzgün və dolğun məlumat ala bilmək, Muasir dunyada Insan hüquqları problemi və Azərbaycan, Azərbaycan Konstitusiyası, hüquqlarınızın pozulması ilə qarşılaşdığınız hallar, Azərbaycanda İnsan Hüquqlarının gününün qeyd olunması ilə əlaqədar keçiriləcək tədbirlər və s barədə suallarınızı ünvanlaya bilərsiz.
