Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Executive Board
Requirements:
· Degree in Finance or Accounting. Western education is a big plus.
· At least 5 years of experience in finance, preferably on FD position
· Advanced knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
· Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
· Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
· Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
· Professional written and verbal communication skills.
· Solid management skills
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and financial reports.
· Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and local authorities' requirements.
· Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, department budgets, salary updates, ledger and accounts maintenance.
· Approve and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company.
· Develop and implement finance, accounting and billing procedures.
· Set and control the implementation of short- and long-term departmental goals, policies and operating procedures.
· Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and operational plans.
· Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
