Position: Chief Sales Officer, Member of the Executive Board
Requirements:
- Masters degree in business, economics, marketing or relevant field; Western education is a big plus
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in direct sales
- At least 3 years of management experience;
- Fluent in English, Azerbaijani and Russian
Responsibilities:
Managing Sales:
· Work with the company management to develop and implement profitable sales plans, sales development activities and strategies.
· Support sales representatives with coaching, training and marketing skills.
· Continuously monitor the level of customer satisfaction and improve the level of service provided to the clients
· Implement strategies to improve customer retention rates
· Participate in the negotiations with clients as and when needed
· Analyze and identify new markets and/or opportunities for growth.
· Manage corporate sales and develop the retail of the company
· Coordinate the work of branches and sales units of the company
Managing People:
· Allocate and deploy team resources within various areas of responsibility
· Actively communicate priorities/expectations and share information with team members.
· Evaluate overall performance of sales team as well as each sales representative.
· Prepare and monitor the adherence to the annual sales budget
· Monitor the adherence to the established company rules and procedures
· Allocate responsibilities among the sales department employees
