International Finance Corporation is a member of the World Bank Group seeks a candidate to fill the following Baku-based position for its AZERBAIJAN CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PROJECT
Position: Legal Advisor
Legal Advisor Bank/Company: responsible for providing expertise and consultations to government agencies and other regulators on corporate governance and other related corporate law issues. The Legal Advisor will also develop project and seminar materials and tools, deliver seminars and presentations. Duties also include analyzing regulations / legislation, providing recommendations and writing articles.Requirements:
- Azeri Law degree and five years of professional experience in the areas of corporate law, securities or finance;
- Knowledge of local company law & corporate governance;
- Strong communication, analytical, presentation and drafting skills;
- Fluency in Azeri, Russian and English (both written and oral);
- Excellent computer skills.
