Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti yanında Qeyri-Hökumət Təşkilatlarına Dövlət Dəstəyi Şurası (bundan sonra Şura adlanacaq) QHT-ləri müsabiqədə iştirak etmək üçün ərizələrini təqdim etməyə dəvət edir.
Şura ilk növbədə “Azərbaycan Respublikasının qeyri-hökumət təşkilatlarına dövlət dəstəyi Konsepsiyası”na uyğun olaraq, aşağıdakı istiqamətlər üzrə layihələrə üstünlük verəcəkdir:

The Information Program of the Open Society Institute (OSI) is pleased to announce a grants' program inspired by the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (http://www.soros.org/openaccess/). To support open access to international research and scholarship, OSI will provide funding to support 50 Public Library of Science Institutional memberships for institutions in developing and transition countries (please see list of countries below
The U.S. Embassy in Baku solicits proposals for alumni activity funding from participants in the Junior Faculty Development Program (JFDP). JFDP alumni may submit proposals for amounts up to $5,000 for country projects and up to $15,000 for multi-country or regional projects.
The 2008 ECA Alumni Small Grants Program (ASGP) is designed to support the professional development of U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) alumni and promote community development in alumni's countries. Alumni may apply for a grant of up to $3,000 to conduct a community development or professional development project. The project time period is ten months.
Eligible alumni – The ASGP is open to alumni of the following ECA-sponsored programs:
¨Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program (Muskie)
¨Eurasian Undergraduate Exchange Program (UGRAD) (formerly known as the FREEDOM Support Act Undergraduate Program)
Possible project ideas include:¨Initiating a public or community service program; ¨Launching a pilot program at an NGO or academic institution; ¨Organizing training programs or conferences for professional colleagues and/or other alumni; ¨Funding travel of US colleagues to eligible Eurasian countries for conferences, training programs and professional collaboration; ¨Development and publication of curricula, textbooks, or related reference or educational materials; ¨Publication of public information pamphlets or brochures; and ¨Conducting any other projects judged by the selection committee and/or ECA to be in the interest of program goals.

Eyni zamanda Gənclər Fondu layihə çərçivəsində avadanlıqlar və məvacibləri maliyyələşdirmir.Gənclər Fondu cəmiyyətdən təcrid olunmuş gəncləri öz icmalarında fəal iştiraka cəlb eləməklə aşağıdakı prioritet sahələri əhatə edən layihələri dəstəkləyir:
1.Gənclərin asudə vaxtının səmərəli təşkil olunması
2.İstedadlı gənclərin istedadlarının inkişafı istiqamətində işlər

Successful applicants will involve youth in addressing the world’s most pressing social issues, such as climate change, hunger, disease, nutrition, literacy, disaster relief, poverty, and more. Applicants should plan to use Global Youth Service Day as a primary vehicle to engage youth in the issue addressed. The grant can be used to promote participation in Global Youth Service Day 2008 and 2009. Therefore, applicants are encouraged to pursue funding for an effort that takes place over a multi-year period.

The Disney Minnie Grants GYSD 2008(U.S. and International Applicants)The Walt Disney Company and Youth Service America are excited to announce grants of up to $500 to support youth-led service projects. These grants support youth (ages 5-14) in planning and implementing service projects in their community. Teachers, older youth (15-25), and youth-serving organizations are also eligible to apply, if they engage younger youth (5-14) in planning and implementing the project. A significant part of the service must take place on GYSD 2008, April 25-27. We encourage youth to address important issues such as climate change, malaria or other diseases, human rights, literacy, or others.
Applicants can use the United Nations’ Millennium Development Goals (MDGs)as a reference.Applications are welcome from all countries. While information is available in: Spanish, Français (French), Russian, Chinese, and Hindi, applications will only be accepted in English (an online translation tool is available at the YSA website). Applicants from China, India, and Russia are especially encouraged to apply. Past Disney Minnie Grantees are also eligible to apply.
